Charles Leyman Kachitsa is Businessman, management consultant, an academician, banker and administrator. He owns Leyman Publications and Fades Agency Limited. He has experience as lecturer of Business Management and Administration. A very prolific writer Charles has authored a number of articles, poems for publication and books entitled 'Of Love and Academic Excellence,' more recently 'Back to Work;' an employability skills book. He is currently finishing a professional employability skills book that will be published in this year. Mr. Kachitsa works as a Corporate Strategy Lecturer at the University of Salford in Manchester. Until March 2015, he had combined this role with working as a Project Manager and Business Management Lecturer at West London College of Business & Management Sciences Manchester Campus. His experience spans to working in the financial sector in the UK and Malawi where he once worked at National Bank of Malawi for a number of years. Charles holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA - Finance) and a BA degree in Business Management. Has a teaching qualifications and other professional qualifications that includes a certificate in Business Computing. In July 2014, he started a journey to study for his PhD with the research based in Business management particularly the area of transferability of skills focusing on motivation at the University of Salford. Mr. Kachitsa lives with his wife and children in the Gorton area of Manchester. Charles has a passion of helping others to excel in life and is thus involved with various community organisations including more recently chairman of the African Council of UK. He also is the chairman of The Malawi Manchester Association (MMA).

Oboh Achioyamen has a strong passion for community development and public health. He is Skilled in Intercultural Communication, Strategic Partnerships, Public Speaking, Organizational Leadership, and possesses great Interpersonal Skills. His passion has led to the initiation of several charitable organisations aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of members of society. He is a member of the Urban Health Section steering committee of the European Public Health Association. EUPHA.
CEO of African Council UK
Dr Elohor Stephanie Onoge is passionate about community engagement and development. She is skilled in Policy, Legislative drafting and legal research. She is a Solicitor and Advocate in the Nigerian Bar and has served for years as a Legislative drafter with the Nigerian Legislature (National Assembly). She is a member of the Commonwealth Association of legislative counsels and the Women Network on the Responsibility to Protect Peace and Security. She is the CEO of African Council UK, a round table group that bring African community leaders to address issues affecting their communities in the UK. She is also actively involved in the African-Israel Partnership forum, aimed at building stronger relationships between both the Israeli Community and African Community in Manchester and in extension African countries. She is the Policy Officer Precious Gems International.
